We, the Family Life Educators and Counselors known as FALEC, come together with a shared commitment to uphold this constitution. Our purpose is to reach and support families in navigating life’s challenges effectively. We strive to guide families toward fulfilling their purpose and living meaningful, balanced lives within society.
FALEC believes that strong families form the foundation of a healthy and progressive community. Through our work, we aim to nurture values, strengthen relationships, and promote responsible living across all family units.

To build a society where families live holistically and responsibly, taking initiative in creating healthy communities and contributing positively to the nation at large.
MISSION
To research and design impactful programs that address family-related challenges and to educate families to live according to strong, positive family values.
MAIN OBJECTIVE
FALEC is dedicated to empowering and uplifting families to live holistic and meaningful relationships. We aim to make every family a place where individuals develop a strong sense of responsibility, care for one another, and actively support the growth of their communities and the nation.
HOW WE ACHIEVE OUR OBJECTIVE
At FALEC, we take a practical and proactive approach to strengthening families through the following initiatives:
1. Research and Development
We conduct regular surveys and research to identify emerging issues affecting families. This helps us stay relevant and develop effective solutions that address real-life challenges.
2. Tailor-Made Programs
We design customized programs that respond directly to the unique needs of families and communities. Each program focuses on practical solutions and long-term impact.

We organize and facilitate family life seminars and workshops that engage all family members. These sessions focus on communication, relationships, parenting, and personal development.
